About You

As the Brand Manager Italy, you will develop, manage and implement the marketing strategy for Hands & Face and Kitchen Towel categories for the Italian market. You will need to adapt the key innovation and renovation projects to this market and lead specific projects on these categories.

You will report to the Family Care Marketing Manager Italy and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Turin Office) for candidates already based in Italy, ideally in Piedmont or in Lombardy.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop, manage and implement marketing strategies to further develop the Brand's performance (sales, profitability, image and competitive position).

  • Develop and foster a strong 3-year rolling program and strategic plan for Italy to lead short term and long-term strategies for category and brand, in collaboration with the regional structure

  • Represent and deliver strong local market plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager (including all assets, but mainly digital and in-store merchandising/Point Of Sales (POS)

  • Consistently deliver successful products and programs on time for its market according to P&L objectives within budget

  • Cultivate close collaborative relationships with regional and local teams

  • Adapting Commercial Programme Idea (CPI) to local market and developing specific toolkits (Packaging, claims, trade stories, specific visuals like 3D, galvanized) for the innovation/ renovation.

  • Working with local and regional market on media and commercial programs and Support strategic evaluation and potential of new variants / formats 

  • Lead Code creation (PCP) and artwork development

  • Lead post launch tracking, learning and evaluation.

  • Lead recurrent Nielsen analysis across the whole Family Care portfolio

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Previous experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG, multinational or matrix organizations

  • Experience in developing digital marketing and local activation plans that resonate with consumers and customers

  • Pro-active, confident, highly assertive and numerate individual who can successfully build business relationships and present recommendations in an influential and persuasive manner.

  • Can-do attitude, project management and organisation skills – with ability to manage activation projects when required

  • Good analytical skills and great attention to details

  • Fluent in Italian and English
