What You’ll Do (Role Purpose)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our operations in Latin America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. The Supply Chain Director will develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products across the region.

The incumbent reports to the Vice President LATAM - International Family and Professional

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business objectives in Latin America
  • Manage demand planning cycle and coordination between business and manufacturing leadership teams
  • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory
  • Lead logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities

Experiences We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business related experience
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful supply chain initiatives
  • Familiarity with supply chain technologies and systems for optimization
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) for effective communication across Latin America
  • Demonstrated market knowledge in regional roles that include relevant Latin American markets, understanding international trade and logistics
  • Technical expertise and interpersonal skills to influence and manage various areas, including manufacturing and commercial.
  • Ability to work in high volume with high business complexity and magnitude, that can significantly impact margins
