Senior Talent Business Partner

In this role, you will:

Position Purpose

  • The incumbent is responsible for executing Learning and Talent Strategies through partnership and collaboration within teams.

  • An experienced professional with the ability to work independently, pro-active and good follow-up. Drive Talent Agenda and meet all the performance objectives of the year. Good stakeholder management skills, training and facilitation skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation and management of the Learning Management processes and programs including performance management, development intervention to support succession planning, competency models, critical skills gap analysis, new employee on-boarding. Monitor creation of Individual Development Plans and Focused Development Plans.

  • Manages the Talent management processes, policies and communications. Provide on-going support to facilitate and record the annual talent review planning  (TRP) exercise across all business units. Recommend intervention and solutions to develop high potentials and development of “ready talent” pool for key and critical roles.

  • Project Leadership:  Lead major training and development eLearning project (SABA/myKCU) involving multi-functional teams and having broad organizational influence and impact. Conduct roadshows to increase awareness and improve systems adoption rate. Regularly provide management reporting with analysis and learning intervention recommendations

  • In summary, effectively deliver globally and local Talent initiatives to develop K-C Talents through close collaboration with Talent COE, HRBPs, Business Leaders and Team Leaders.

  • Be HRBP for Non-Sales Functions

  • Be responsible as Owner to drive engagement activities for the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive talent lifecycle experience: Talent Management/ Organizational Development/ Learning & Development experience in medium sized MNC organization

  • Minimum bachelor degree qualification

  • Bilingual (where applicable)

  • Enjoy working with people

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
